If you are having a craving for something, find out the number of calories it has and ask yourself whether it would be worth consuming it and potentially setting you back in the gains you made for the day. That's what I do to stay focused. Another trick is to drink so much water that I'm ready to burst. No way I can eat anything feeling like that!

That is a great idea with the calories. Thanks. I drink about a gallon of water per day if not more.
