Stay with it! If you've been eating at a deficit, there's no way you've gained real weight (i.e. fat). Keep doing what you're doing and everything will work out. :)
I managed to use my Sit 'N Cycle for 30 minutes tonight and spent 10 minutes on my AeroPilates Reformer. The cycle gave me some variety away from the walking I have been doing this week. The AeroPilates was just a short time to relax and stretch my legs before bed. I plan to use the AeroPilates for at least 30 minutes tomorrow!
