I find the Yoga and AeroPilates to be the best forms of strength training which I can do in my home. My gym is 45 minutes away and I hardly ever go there anymore and can do so much with the Yoga and AeroPilates I am seriously thinking of cancelling my gym membership anyway. I have gone like 3 times in the past year and pay over $30 a month for it. I paid a lot less than that last year for my AeroPilates Reformer and my Sit 'N Cycle and have used them A LOT MORE.
