My weight is going up, but I won't get discouraged

how's your sodium intake? or too high carbs? perhaps you're sensitive to one or both? I know some great ways to enjoy your water that will help depuff a couple of pounds if you like? Are you measuring?the rain this week finally stopped so I can go to the park and do an hour of interval walk/run. I am so excited!

Oh, well my sleep/waking cycle isn't really all that normal... and I am drinking water all night long from when I wake up in the afternoon until midnight trying to meet my water goals before midnight. Then I just kind of sip a little bit before I go to sleep in the mornings, and don't really have time or room to drink much else. I use a Keurig to just run a cup of hot water through it when I want a cup of tea and that works for now. If I get my sleep cycle more straightened out in the future maybe I will fit in more of the tea. I really usually only drink one or two cups of something in a day that aren't plain water anymore.

Weight loss and exercise and stuff really makes the monthly cycle kind of crazy for us all. I had the chocolate cravings last week and ate some candy out of the candy dish. But it really tasted like crap after I have been so used to eating mostly fresh fruits and a lot less of the processed foods lately. Your truffles sound good though. Hope they helped your cravings without throwing your weight loss plans too out of whack.
