You are doing it right. In a sustainable and proper way that means you're more likely long term success. I stand by the fact diets don't work; like style changes has to happen. I eat probably about 70% paleo... Loadsa meat, fish, mountains of veg and a fair amount of fat. I eat when I'm hungry and if there's doughnuts in the office I'll have one. Being realistic and not going down the "I'M NEVER EATING COOKIES / ICE CREAM / CHIPS / WHATEVER AGAIN!" simply isn't realistic. Well done you!
