Hello Dietbetters!
So....I'm pleased to say that I've not only reached my weightloss goals for this month, but I maintained it as well. The 7 day juice cleanse has proved to be AWESOME! I'm really pleased about it and am even considering doing it once a week EVERY month. The cool thing is that after not doing it for a week, my weight has actually stayed the same. I can't say that I've changed my diet significantly since then, but I've been eating clean, drinking loads of water, and after the cleanse, my portions have significantly decreased. I'm anxious to see what will happen when I implement exercise into the mix. I'm concerned about what that will mean with my portions. I will be researching and coming up with a plan this weekend so I can add exercise on Monday to my plan.
If you have any insight for me, please share it with me. I'm hoping to start light. 30 minutes a day of cardio daily and 3 weeks weight training. Please give me any jewels you may have.
