Go slow to start with. 30 min of cardio sounds great. Have you lifted weights before? Most gyms will help show you around to get started, or maybe try a wieght lifting class? The other thing is, find exercise you enjoy. Personally, I don't like biking. I LOVE running and step class. So, I do the things I love :-). Makes working out way easier. Good luck and stay safe!
