Diet fairness between men and women? (Women read only)

This is a very frustrating thing, I missed my goal once last year because of it. For the month long dietbets I don't enter anymore when I know I'll probably have my TOM during weigh out. I don't have a lot of tips and tricks, because frankly almost nothing works for me. I try not to step on the scale from a day before tom till two days after. I up my water and tea drinking to stay full and try to "negotiate" with my cravings. When I want potato chips I'll get popcorn. When I want chocolate, I brake it in to a million little pieces or already make sure I've made sugarfree chocolate banana bread or a cacao avocado smoothie for breakfast.
