I thought day one was an off day and the scale went down on day two. I thought day two was not right either and the scale went down the following day. Today is technically day 4 but I started this a day late. So today was an off day.. I continue to hope that I'll have an "on day" but havn't worked hard enough for it. And that day I'll just blow it out of the water. Till then, I'll take an off day. ... On the good side I have drank mostly water.. mostly water and some coffee each morning (with splenda and powder creamer.. I know these are not healthy) um and a glass of chocolate milk each day.... I wonder what would happen if I really did this right and only drank water in replace of those. Tomorrow I plan eating 6 small meals, healthy and water. No chocolate milk tomorrow. I hope others are doing well on their diet choices as this is the hardest challenge for me. I did shoot my bow today but not as much as I wouldv'e liked to...
