Awesome! Yes, I agree that the scale tells an inaccurate story. Gaining muscle and losing inches is a far better indicator of your progress. You look great!
Thanks, Tracy. I tend to forgot and obsess over the scale. I think part of it is because as you lose weight, you become accustomed to what you see in the mirror and it's hard to keep seeing the changes - I definitely rely on the scale too much to try and "see" the change. I need to keep reminding myself of all the things I posted about!
