Thanks, Lori. I have a definite love/hate relationship with my scale. I find it hard to see the changes that are happening because they happen slowly and I rely on the scale too much for quantification. And I really should know better - this is not my first time at this. (I lost weight between my 2 kids.) And I tend to muscle fast and drop fat slower. Ultimately, I'm one of those people that people are like, NO!, when I'm in shape and they find out what I weigh. I wish I could just quit that scale - but then I know that somehow, some way, the weight would start to come back and that is NOT happening!
