As someone who grades many papers every year, and has done so for almost 25 years, I feel I have something of an opinion to offer on these matters. Connie, you write really well. You take the reader on a roller coaster ride of emotions in a very short amount of time, never quite sure until the end whether you will be continuing the journey or throwing in the towel. Bravo for that, and kudos for choosing the former!
