I found out today that I have NOT been eating enough for the amount of exercise that I am doing. I had a tremendous weekend and walked over 25 miles and GAINED 2 pounds!!! So, I talked to my 'team" and that is when we discovered that I needed to up my calories to balance out what I am burning!!!! I have 23 days to lose 6.8 pounds. Is it DOABLE??? Of course it is...Looking forward to seeing what this week will bring!
