So.....I have been all week watching my carb intake. NOOOOOOOOOOO way under the sun that I will ever go "carb free" because I think my body needs a few BUT, I changed things up this week with looking back on MFP and seen what my carb intake was. Well, there is no wonder that I wasn't losing. My intake of Carbs was on average about 200 so all week, I have been conscious of my intake and slowly have lowered my consumption of those delicious delights. :) My carb intake all day for yesterday was 99!!!!!! Holy Cow, I cut those puppies in half and upped my calorie intake just a bit AND guess what? :) I lost 2.6 this week....Now, All I need is 5 more lbs off by the end of the month!!!
