I've tried it and my motivation is even lower. I just keep putting it off or sitting on the couch staring at the wall bracing myself for it. I've done Insanity and other videos like it (not successful), but I just got a really chill yoga video and I can't wait to start it. It's not high calorie burn, but yoga and stretching just makes me feel better.
I just downloaded a 5K training from the Mayo Clinic. I'm going to start doing that outdoors since I just moved to a place right in front of a park. Running outdoors for me is 10x harder than on the treadmill, but I want to get better.
