Just a quick post before work- 

The last couple of days have been great! I meal prepped and have been eating super clean. My body feels healthy and stronger already just from smaller portions. Over eating leaves me feeling sluggish. 

 

Tonight I have an appointment with my coach (I am training for a couple of races this spring/summer) and I am excited to talk to him about getting back on track with my eating etc. 

 

Workouts so far this week: 

 

Monday: ran 3 miles then: 
5 Rounds, not timed
10 thrusters #40
10 lunges w/ 35lb KB
3 Rounds, not timed
10 renegade row push ups #15
10 broad jump burpees
 
Tuesday: ran 2 miles then: 
5RFT
10 lateral burpee jumps
30 high knees
30 seconds battle ropes
15 KB #30
finished in 13:42
 
Wednesday: coach's workout (not yet completed)
 
 

Excited for tonight's workout and getting in the other 12 miles of running on my training plan for this week.
