Wow- that was great! I can definitely relate to a lot of what you wrote. I'm 26 (almost 27) and when I first turned 25 I was so stressed out! Now, I'm starting to live in the present, care more for myself (mentally and physically), and feel better than ever. P.S. I think running is actually all of the things you described. P.P.S.
