Can you do something with the parts of your body that don't hurt? so if your knee is hurting, how about doing some arm curls while you watch TV? Can you do some stretching or other gentle moves? I understand what you're saying, less than a year ago I was still able to do some running and walk long distances, but I can't. I am trying to adjust to it, but in the meantime, I also am trying to find ways to get moving again. Hang in there. You can do this!
