Louise, you are doing great!! writing your goals is a big thing. Put it on a calendar, in a date book, whatever you have, make a date with yourself!! I am so happy you are doing this!! I have found my middle getting mushy too, I need to add cardio to get that to burn off. As for the Ab challenge, I made it to day 4 (which was a rest day) and didn't go back day 5. I will be starting again, I think. I found it hard on my lower back which means that my core isn't not strong!!
