Short Term Goals TO Long Term Success!

Louise, you are doing great!! writing your goals is a big thing. Put it on a calendar, in a date book, whatever you have, make a date with yourself!! I am so happy you are doing this!! I have found my middle getting mushy too, I need to add cardio to get that to burn off. As for the Ab challenge, I made it to day 4 (which was a rest day) and didn't go back day 5. I will be starting again, I think. I found it hard on my lower back which means that my core isn't not strong!!

try just making a 1 week goal and each Monday setting a new one. Or weekday goals set on Monday and weekend goals set on Friday night??? That is my plan anyway. It's like doing the 5 mile dvd, if I make it to the end of mile 3 and start mile 4 I then just try to get to the end of mail 4. Then there is only 12 minutes left so... I can do that.. and that is how I get through that DVD! haha... but getting through mile 2 is the killer and determining mile! haha!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

my goal is to walk three times this week, making sure I get my 10000 steps plus aerobics twice a week. would like to add the elliptical in there somewhere but not sure yet maybe that will be my bonus
