Hello! 

I've been swimming today and I feel great about it! Yet, I am a bit afraid I am eating too few calories and too much from it was carbohydrates (at least today). 

Right now I am enjoying nice cup of green tea which is supposed to help with fat burning (but it's also good for skin). I am planning to buy pineaple, spinach and carrot next week, which means quite a lot since I usually don't buy these types of foods. I am a very strong veggie hater, so I am quite curious how am I going to put up with the spinach. Luckily, both spinach and carrot are going to be used in smoothies with other stuff which I like so hopefully I will learn to enjoy it.

I really hope so, because today I found out how little calories spinach has and I was like :O. 

spinachI will also buy dark chocolate, because currently I am surrounded by unhealthy treats which I bought before I went on a diet. It's always my problem: I buy a lot of chocolate and sweets when they are on sale, but then I want to lose weight, I don't eat them, but I still have them in my room. I found quite a good solution to avoid the temptation - I locked the shelf where I keep them. Everytime I want to eat something I am not supposed to (empty calories) I have to enter a code in order to get to the chocolate and while entering the code I see a post-it with the sign "Nežer!" which in translation means something like don't eat it. It works :D 

I hope you are all doing well, because I hadn't entered dietbet to make money on people's misery - if I get something extra it would be nice, but if I would get back just what I entered, I will be equally happy. We are all one team, so good luck with your dietbet journey!
