I see a pattern with things that start out bad or that you don't want to do, but do anyway. They always end up fantastic and make you happy. Remember that each time you get that *ugh, I don't want to do this* feeling. It's great that you turn things into positives, especially the drinking thing. You aren't abstaining 100%, but you are making progress and NOT beating yourself up over it. You have SUCCESS written all over you! You're rocking this dietbet like you mean it.
