Oh man! First off thanks for sharing. I know many have all been there, and it is not fun and feels like an deserted island at times. The last time I went through one of these it came down to choice. I told myself I chose to slip, I chose to drink that big Soda, I chose to miss my morning run... basically it was my choice to slip. If it is my choice to slip, why can't it also be my choice to get back to the diet and movement. What I found is like the weight slips back on, it also learns the new you, you are trying to become and will slip off right back to where you were prior to the "rest" period. Stay strong, keep up the good work. And Elizabeth you are beautiful and precious, make sure you tell yourself that because you deserve to hear it!
