The Long Awaited WEIGHT OUT Is Upon Me!

It looks like, and I could be wrong, (tell me if I am) but it looks like that you have 2 days to 'weigh out' of your ending dietbet, but you cannot post a comment until you do!

BUT --- I can write a blog about it..... YOU SEE --- I AM NOT THERE YET! ---- Sad... I know.... but surprisinging exciting also! YOU SEE I LOST WEIGHT LAST NIGHT!!!!!!..... sadly not enough to win this morning..... BUT HAPPILY It is actually doable for tomorrow morning!!!!!!! ... I just have to burn 3500 calories off today!!!! sadly that is, well, insane!!!!! Happily, i have heard people call me that... sadly it was when my back was turned.... Happily, I took it as a compliment!!!!

Back to this blog post and my reason to post...... I just wanted to announce to the world.... I AM SO SO CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-) ............

Did you try a sauna?

My hubs and I were just saying that IF ONLY WE WERE BACK IN FLORIDA! Our gym there had steam room, hot tub, and sauna. I LOVED the sauna!! but alas...not in North Carolina!!! so.. no.. sadly no. ;-) no access to a sauna!

I did dance with Jessica's videos yesterday and did pilates drank tons of water stayed away of salt and I dropped 2 pounds over night. Ur heart rate has to elevated to burn calories. Jillian's workouts r good for thT also. I hope this is helpful
