I hope you are all as exited as I am for starting this new challenge with ShaunT... I finished Jillian's challenge on monday and jumped right into this one...
I didn't win Jillian's challenge but still lost almost 6 pounds? I'm pretty happy about that! Hopefully I will win this bet and will have lost (or should I say destroyed since I don't want to find those pounds again) 16 pounds..
10 pounds in one month is a tall order, I've never been able to loose more than 2 pounds a week.. Bit we'll see. If I don't try I won't know for sure (c:
I wanted to challenge myself again even if I didn't reach my goal last montg since there was a week in there that Inwas really feeling under the weather, so I wasn't traking food or exercising... This month, I'm committing to it 100%... What's one month to change your lifestyle or a year or two to change you life?
