You are so right. If I put my workouts on my calendar, I do them. If I don't, so often the time just slips away.

That's what happened to me the last Dietbet. I was doing really well then I got busy without a workable plan in place. This time, I am planning to make sure I do the small attainable things daily. And then I will 'hope' to do those bigger things. But at least with the smaller things I won't completely stop and sit down for 2 weeks!
