Alrighty!
So I'm a week into signing up for and joining into the Transformer Challenge and I'm excited to have a great week of consistent exercise. (It's been 5 months and +15lbs since I could say that, you guys! I will celebrate Eh.Vor.Ree.thing)
This is my second attempt at the Transformation and I'm determined to win it by getting more educated on healthy weight loss. This go 'round, I realize that DIET is even more important than exercise. (Don't freak out. I know we all have to care about both) Documentaries, Health forums and my previous tries and fails emphasize over and over that if I'm serious about losing bad weight and getting healthy, I have to consider my diet.
Yes, I've not been the 'typical' American diet eater with junk food daily and heavy red meat diets, but I've done enough to gain bad fat quickly (remember those 3 pair of busted pants?). Sooo, what do I do about it? I've considered a diet-like fasting. The thing is...I don't really want to make fasting during DietBet 'just' a diet thing. For me, fasting is more than physical. It's a way to become spiritually more sensitive and focused.
I want to lose weight, I want to win this bet that I've made on myself and I want to be consistent. So, what should I do? Go Vegan? Vegetarian? Daniel Diet? or just nothing Processed?
Decisions....Decisions....Any suggestions out there?
