You do not need to hunger! And eat more protein food. It is should be 1g-1,5g per 1kg of your weight depending of your physical activity. In that case you will be able to grow muscules doing exercizes. The last meal in a day should be protein too: eggs, cottage cheese, chiken breast, fish etc.It is not actually 'diet' :) you can eat almost everything, just not overeat ;) Good luck!
