What is this all about?

I want to challenge you to eat only whole foods for a short period of time to help you cleanse from the toxins, feel better and yes, LOSE WEIGHT!
Did you know your body is carrying a significant amount of toxicity at any given time? Which can cause inflammation, a headache, bloated belly, or that extra weight that’s staying on. All too often, we eat foods we think are “healthy” that are wreaking havoc on our system and creating more toxins.
