Sounds good. I have done a couple of clean eating challenges and loved them and would love to learn more about it. I drink soy milk with my shakeology in the morning and that is the only time I have it. I do drink dairy milk once in a while as I have heard that you can become lactose intolerant when you don't drink it all the time. I also have whole wheat noodles instead of the regular pasta. Barely eat bread but if I do it is whole wheat.
