Darla, thanks for sharing. I can identify with a LOT of what you say. I have been overweight my entire life, and I'll be 69 in a few days. My excess weight is affecting my health - bad knees, bad back, borderline diabetes, and all I wanted to do was sit in my recliner, and pop antacids because I was constantly eating. Now I am eating sensibly and walking for exercise, and I feel SO much better already. I want my health to improve - that's why I am doing this.
