I am using this as my personal diet diary. I need a change. I have never been this heavy in my entire life. My chest hurts, my body hurts, and I don't like what I see in the mirror. Tomorrow starts a new journey for me. One that will be successful this time around. I have been on this weight loss journey since 2009. I've had success, and I have also failed many times. It's time to be and STAY successful!!!

I need to go to bed, but my mind is racing. Just coming off a week long vacation, and waking up tomorrow for work will suck for sure. I also have a 25 minute workout planned before I get ready for work. Going to the gym after work. 

Snacks are prepped for tomorrow's workday. I have also prepped my dinners for the next few days. The easy part is prepping, the hard part is sticking to the plan. Start small..take it one day at a time.
