I had too much energy last night. That special high that I had made it hard for me to go sleep! Going to sleep late and waking up early in the morning to go to work is not a good mix. On the bright side, I stuck to my diet, and even got in a good workout.

 

Moment of weakness? Weak thoughts crossed my mind after leaving the gym...pizza, burgers...but I did NOT have a weak moment. I talked myself into driving right home to eat my already prepared dinner. Taking it one day at a time....

Coffee w/cream & sugar

Oatmeal

Bagel w/ cream cheese

Banana

Cheese cubes

Grapes

Spaghetti Bolognese

(2) Texas Toast

 

Workout:

Rowing machine

Aerobics class - step/weights/abs
