A few inches of snow fell throughout the night, that prompted me to call into work this morning to report my absence, and then I stayed home today. I live in a complex with steep hills that don't get plowed early in the morning. Yay for me! I thought I would have a full day of naps, but that did not happen. I spent the day cleaning, making phone calls to companies with horrible customer service, cooking, and prepping dinner for the rest of the week.

I'm not going to beat myself up over little treats here and there. Taking this one day at a time, and my diet has really improved this week. I’m staying positive that my diet will only get better.
