I had an awesome rowing machine work out today. After my rowing, I planned on doing some weight lifting. Sadly, I could not do so because blisters started forming on my hands right after I finished rowing!! I was not expecting that to happen. :-( They really do hurt....

I'm happy that I joined this challenge. Losing 4% of your bodyweight is not easy, but I think competing for money makes it seem like an easier goal to achieve. My approach for weight loss during this contest is to eat clean, and workout 45 minutes - 1 hour a day. I want most of my weight loss to come just from changing my diet.
