Coffee w/ cream & sugar

(2) Homemade spaghetti bolognese

(2) Jolly Ranchers

Gym aerobics class - Stablity Ball/Weight lifting circuit

 

Today was my first day back to work since my vacation last week. I notice that I eat less during the day when I have to work. Good day overall. Gym class was fun and exciting. This week I will do three days at the gym (classes), and three days running outside.
