Congrats on your huge success!! Have you tried incorporating apple cider vinegar ( http://bragg.com/products/bragg-organic-apple-cider-vinegar.html ) into your diet to get through the plateau? I was introduced to it through the Slimgenics diet plan.I used to mix it with my salad dressing. I was also told to only eat raw green veggies for 3-4 days to help break the plateau. (With a 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast, 2 proteins, and 1 starch I believe. Good luck with your last 6 pounds!!
