Just a tip for those of you traveling over the summer, beware of water weight. Obviously you all know not to go bonkers on junk food and to stay active at your destination, but it's extremely important to stay hydrated and move often during travel. Especially if your travel is very close to weigh-in time, get up and move around as frequently as possible. Sitting in a car or plane for hours at a time will decrease circulation and cause you to bloat a bit. It'll come off quickly if it happens (couple days usually), but more movement during the travel period will help it not be a problem should you need to do a weigh-in shortly after.
