How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have been doing okay overall with eating healthy & not giving into emotional eating. We don't have any junk food, but I gain weight easily & not to mention my body has a lot of fat stores. So eating more than needed would keep me fat.

I've been exercising but for weight loss. I had pretty bad & constant knee pain since about March. This was a huge setback. I have been doing knee exercises & other leg/glute exercises. I'm happy to say that my knee pain is nearly gone!

I'm going to take it slow. I'm doing only body weight lower body exercises & I'm going to add 5lbs in a week or 2. Then, gradually increase the weight.

I want to give credit to my husband cause he's been encouraging & listens to me vent lol, about how frustrated I am. He reminds me to take it slow and be patient with myself & I'll reach my goal.
