How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

The process of losing weight is slower than I anticipated. Mainly because my knee pain took a while to heal. Then, I was a bit scared to add any resistance to my exercises.
I reevaluated my workout plan & my husband also helped me.
I'm trying not to push my body too much or abruptly since that's what caused my knee pain in the first place.
I'm still hopeful to weigh my goal weight by the end of year.
