How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m trying really hard to reframe how i look at exercise. it’s not something i enjoy mainly because my favorite thing to do is sit in my cozy bed with my cat and read a book, so i feel like im spending my day waiting to do just that.

But reframing it as both of these things are self care in their own way, both beneficial for mental health, both help me sleep better (i struggle with that), and both are things i end up being proud of. I’m trying to use that as motivation to get moving and also… hey i can listen to audiobooks while im out for a walk or run too.

I definitely relate!! I hated exercise until an injury changed everything.....now I'm a gym rat! Have you ever been interested in yoga? I have discovered that the mind-body connection is everything.....yoga can help restore the connection between the 2.....once you feel the benefits of movement.....you won't want to stop!! The key is doing something that brings you joy.....dancing, swimming and walking are GREAT ways to get in exercise while doing what you love. It's a beautiful journey! You got this!

I love walking it is the only time I listen to my audiobook so then it motivates me to move!
