  • I call these "burger boats"!
    A low carb option for when you feel like a burger ๐Ÿ”
    Mine here have cos lettuce for wraps, seasoned ground lean pork with diced onion, diced tomato, ketchup and mayo.
    You could always add low fat cheese and and take off the mayo then replace it with mustard to give it more of a cheeseburger feel ๐Ÿ˜Š
