  • Today's lunch

    -Rump steak, made with rump steak and a marinade consisting of gochujang (fermented chili paste), soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of sugar
    -Eggplant, red capsicum, chili, onion in the same marinate
    -Egg white cheese and baby pinach omelette (made with low fat protein cheese)
    -Pickled radish

What does everyone find more efficient for weight loss? Counting calories (watch what u eat). Or focus on moving and working out ?

I pay attention to both but counting calories / being in a calorie deficit with your diet is the best, really (in terms of weight loss/fat loss, not overall health). You can be in a calorie deficit with your diet and lose weight without even exercising

  • I call these "burger boats"!
    A low carb option for when you feel like a burger πŸ”
    Mine here have cos lettuce for wraps, seasoned ground lean pork with diced onion, diced tomato, ketchup and mayo.
    You could always add low fat cheese and and take off the mayo then replace it with mustard to give it more of a cheeseburger feel 😊

  • Had my first PT session yesterday, the aftermath was messy makeup and wobbliness πŸ˜‚ Very sore today, but super happy today as not only have I passed my Dietbet goal for this game but today I just passed my first proper goal weight for my overall journey and am now out of the 90kgs 😭
