How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • A way to say you're trying to lose weight without saying it...sleepy dog. Woke up and took him for an hour walk. He's always crazy, so hoping he sleeps for a bit.

  • Aw! Lovable boi!!

Here's my way of saying I'm trying to lose weight without saying it...staring off wistfully remembering the junk food I ate before this DietBet. LOL

food isn't evil. It's our behavior that dictates how much we eat. There's 252 calories in one serving. That's not outrageous. Just practice on eating one and being discipline on stopping after that. Balance in life is important to mental well being and health overall so people that tend to do total abstinence from things they actually enjoy that aren't that harmful, end up being a little unhappy.
