How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I passed the test.

Today at work, I was offered LEMON CAKE (took one politely and secretly pitched it), DONUTS (someone's bday - I signed the card and refused a donut), and SESAME PEANUT NOODLES (I lied and said I had an upset stomach). I feel compelled to lie because I'm not always strong enough to discuss it and when you say, "No thank you!" there is always a, "But it's a small amount, You deserve a cheat, I made it special for you, etc. etc. etc."

Thanks, JB!! Yes, I've heard it called "food pushers" which seems a little mean especially when they really to just want to be nice! I don't want to be a jerk and refuse. So we'll all be nice and fat. LOL

The struggle is real.
