For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hi everyone! I haven’t participated in a Dietbet since 2022 but am back to being my heaviest since I gave birth to my second kiddo in early 2021. Not only can I see it, but man do I feel it. I turn 45 next summer and want to be on a much healthier path by then. As a mom of 2 under 5, I’m definitely guilty of stress eating. Now I want to focus on drinking more water, counting calories (also paying attention to protein, fiber, sugar, and fat), and walking outside or on my walking pad. Would love to hear about what brought you here, your goals, and your plan of attack since we’ll be on this ride together for the next 6 months.
