How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Not going to make it this month, I’ve been travelling, which I’d tried to plan for by getting a little ahead of the curve on the previous round. Obviously not quite enough, as despite being as active as possible while I was away, I’m still shifting that extra holiday weight! I knew this might happen this round but didn’t want to count calories while I was away or try to excessively restrict to ‘make up for it’ as soon as I got back, beyond what has been working for me so far. Glad to have had a relaxing break and to still have plenty of time to get back on track - well done to anyone who hits their goals this time.

I didn't make it this morning by less than a lb. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning.

Fingers crossed!
