How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Great effort well Done!

Kirsty

I'm someone who started with over 100lbs to lose. I started on intermittent fasting and low carb last November, but have shifted over the last few months to accommodate social/celebratory meals. Now, I still do some IF, but focus more on whole grains/foods than low carb. Really looking at it as making changes for life, rather than a temporary fix. Currently 75lbs down, and on the cusp of being in ONEderland for the first time in my adult life.
