How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I just did week 1 day 1 of couch to 5k. I'm more diet-focused than exercise, but it's really nice getting up and moving. I can feel positive changes in how I feel and move. It's great to see effort being easier and my stamina being better.

If you're not a regular fan of exercise the first week of c25k is THE WORST. When I first started I was in no way athletic and running for 60 seconds had me dry heaving. So I commend you for sticking with it!!! Keep going strong!
