How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

HELP!! My weight loss stalled and I'm not going to be medically cleared to exercise for a few more weeks.

I'm thinking about reducing my fat intake and upping my protein, along with more water. I'm pretty much zero carb

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

You also seem to have been losing weight quite a bit judging by your posts. unless you are at a risk of not hitting the goal I would not recommend cutting that much - not to get your body into too much metabolic adjustment, when you spend less calories on NEAT and are more hungry.

Have you considered Fasting? OMAD is very popular for intermediate fasters. (One Meal A Day)

I utilize EF - Extended Fasting where fasting periods are longer than 24 hrs.
