Okay so I really feel like I’ve been at a loss with my nutrition. I can go to work eat all day (12 hrs) without screwing up. Obviously cause I’m at work and pack my lunch right but even when I’m home. The problem is at night I just go off the deep end literally no self control when it come to chips or candy anything sweet. I’m so go with my workouts but just sabotage myself at night. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions. I definitely can’t be the only one with this problem. I’m thinking since my protein shake is really good hints it’s sweet maybe I’ll save it for night and on my way home from work but without fruit cause it’s night. Idk

A friend of mine suggested to try and do a short workout at night which might help my mind set. It seems to be working yesterday good with the workout and the other day after work I get off late I had my shakeology I think that helped me. So we she’ll see. Thank you both for your suggestions I take lmnt for electrolytes and my diet is pretty good it is only a night thing.
